Mr. George Fumbuka is a UK Chartered Certified Accountant and licensed by the NBAA as a Public Certified Accountant in Public Practice, he holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Strathclyde Business School, Scotland. He was for 5 years (1976-1981) on the academic staff of the Institute of Finance management (IFM), leaving with the position of Senior Lecturer and Head of the Professional Accountancy department. He has published widely in accounting and finance. He worked in TANESCO (the national electric power utility) as Finance Manager and Director of Supplies and Transport before going into private consulting practice. He has been CEO and Chairman of CORE Securities Ltd since its founding.
Mrs. Nkunde Shoo has a strong background in regulatory compliance with 15 years of experience. As Chief Compliance Officer CCO, she ensures compliance, adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements, minimizing risk and maintaining the firm’s reputation. She ensures efficient trade execution of both equities and bonds. She maintains and manages relationships with other brokers and the Dar es salaam Stock Exchange (DSE).
Mrs. Mary Kessy several years of financial expertise to the table. As Chief Finance Officer (CFO), she manages the firm’s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring the firm’s financial health and compliance with regulations.
